My Vision/Goal

As a lifelong musician and an internet marketer for about 10 or 12 years, I decided to invest in the radio station & this site/technology as a way to mix my passion of music with my passion of marketing. Let's face it. Doing the grind as a musician, playing shows, touring, recording, etc. is time consuming enough, not to mention the lifestyle is grueling and most of us never really "make money". Thinking about trying to market our band was not at the forefront of my goals. It wasn't even considered really. Times are different now. With the internet, streaming services, internet radio, and technology,  you can literally "market" your band on a global level.

While that sounds great, we all have learned that is a difficult task to stand out or to actually compete UNLESS you have an advertising budget. I mean, the people that have tens of thousands monthly listeners & sometimes millions of streams all do so by advertising. This is precisely why only 20% of artists even making ANY money on these platforms. You can't compete with the advertising budget of labels, managers, clubs, etc. that promote. If you are not spending any money, you are doing what many are doing; not a whole hell of a lot. Trying...but gruesomely slow.

Understand this; I am not asking or expecting you to stop doing anything that you're currently doing with your music or marketing of said music. I'm merely providing an additional and different way for you to do it. I know that many of you have probably never had regular rotation on any radio station so I decided to spend a little more money and pay to NOT have ads running. I do a few things here and there and I will end up selling ads that you'll hear but I/we have full capacity and control there. I'm licensed and legal and we can do whatever we want. We are a membership here. Members only. Nobody else. Nothing else. We help each other. That's what we do. The bands/artists know this. The music lovers that come here to check out the bands know this. We all sign up to be here, making this a super targeted platform. 

I also knew going into this that most of you probably have zero idea about this type of marketing platform here. Traditionally, these scripts are used for online money making opportunities and the people that push them. They clog the traffic exchanges (TE's) with their offers, buy credits/surf, and view each others offers, join each others downlines and affiliate programs and work together, using the technology, to build teams of people that have one common goal; to make money online. 

It's quite impressive to the degree that they do these things. For instance, these scripts have access to do cross promotions with other TE's across a huge network and they work really well. The problem is that I never wanted to spend my time surfing for credits and viewing shit that I wasn't interested in, just so that someone could do the same for me. However, I DID see the value in the technology and the ability to promote things using it. Much like the paying extra money to not have ads on the station, I turned off the connection with these other TE's so we're not flooded with BS offers and so that we can utilize the technology for OUR purpose. It's very powerful technology and the biggest, most profitable internet marketers in the world, developed it. 

This is a full on marketing platform. I mean, One Time Offers, Login Ads, Login Spotlight Ads, Text Ads, Banner Ads, Thank You Page Ads, Rotating Offers, Lead Generation, Affiliate marketing. Massive marketing opps here. Not to mention, the Traffic Exchange/Channel to display your offers as well. We need to fill these slots. 

So I own this platform and I own the radio station and YOU have access to both. In time, you'll learn that I have more to offer as well down the pipe. 

I envision nothing but independent/unsigned bands on the station 24/7. I promote the website on the station. The listeners hear you repeatedly on the radio and are told to come HERE to get more information about your band. They sign up, see the OTO's, Login Ads, etc. that are in the queue (these are paid but cheap. $2 for 100 impressions). Because your ads are music related (videos, songs, buy CD's, platform links, etc.) and because the people that will be members here are either band members/groups or simply music lovers that ONLY come here to check out the bands, your audience are targeted. You literally can't present anything to them that they wouldn't have some level of interest in. Remember, they signed up to be here knowing this. That's the whole point of memberships. Target markets to display ads too. 

This is where the "credits" are a good thing for us here. The "credits" can be used to entice people to continually come here to see the channel. We can do promos where participating band members may give away some merch and they have surf to win it. We can do promos to win CD's for surfing. We can do win radio ads for surfing. Login ads for surfing. Credits can be used in exchange for ad costs. I mean, we can do whatever we want. That's the whole point of all of this. We have all of this capability and we are going to be using it for nothing but bands/artists like you.
